Suggested Usage:
Typically used to support balance hormones, help create healthy skin and hair, and to calm, relax and level out mood.
Practical Application:
Diffuse (3-4 drops), internally (2 drops in 4 ounces of liquid, 1-2 drops in meat and entrees), massage (with your favorite oil to cleanse skin), topically (2-3 drops added to oil).
