Suggested Use:
Blend, shake or stir briskly one tablespoon into 8 oz. of water or juice. Initially use one tablespoon per serving per day for 7 days, increasing to two or three servings per before meals or as desired. If minor gas or bloating should occur, reduce intake to half and increase gradually to suggested amount.
