Directions for use:
Take one (1) or Two (2) capsule, preferably before exercise, on an empty stomach with at least 8-10 fl. oz of water. If more energy and appetite control is needed take 1 capsule in early afternoon. Consuming late in the day may impair sleep. Do not exceed 4 capsules daily.
For the best individual results, serving times may vary.
For Optimal Results: Eat a reduced calorie diet and exercise at least three times per week.

Works as hoped
I originally purchased this product at a local vitamin store. I lost some weight and felt great but the place I bought it was charging $60. I then found it at this store for a lot less. I've been taking it for several months. I only take one pill a day instead of two. Even though I'm taking less than prescribed I've lost over 60 lbs, feel great and have energy to do this again. The only other life change I've made is increasing my water intake. I may start taking 2 a day as prescribed soon. Cant wait to see the difference it makes.
