Newton Labs Swimmers Friend 1 Oz Liquid
Formulated for symptoms associated with swimming and exposure to pool chemicals such as cramping, dry skin, fatigue and muscle soreness.
Directions
Ages 12 and up, take 6 drops or pellets by mouth (ages 0 to 11, give 3 drops or pellets) as needed or as directed by a health professional. Under age 2, crush/dissolve pellets in purified water. Sensitive persons begin with 1 drop or pellet and gradually increase to full dose.

Equal parts of Antimonium tartaricum 10x, Arnica montana 10x, Bellis perennis 10x, Bryonia 10x, Calcarea carbonica 10x, Capsicum annuum 10x, Chelidonium majus 10x, Cuprum metallicum 10x, Digitalis purpurea 10x, Drosera 10x, Lachesis mutus 10x, Lacticum acidum 10x, Ledum palustre 10x, Magnesia carbonica 10x, Manganum aceticum 10x, Phytolacca decandra 10x, Rhus toxicodendron 10x, Ruta graveolens 10x, Sarcolacticum acidum 10x, Sulphuricum acidum 10x, Verbascum thapsus 10x, Vipera berus 10x, Nux vomica 15x.
Liquid Inactive Ingredients: USP Purified water; USP Gluten-free, non-GMO, organic cane alcohol 20%.
