Suggested Usage:
Typically used to cleanse skin and boost the immune system.
Practical Application:
Diffuse (3-4 drops), internally (2 drops in 4 ounces of liquid, 1-2 drops in meat and entrees), massage (with your favorite oil) to cleanse skin, topically (2-3 drops added to oil).
Main Ingredient:
Thymus zygis (Blossom and plant).
