I have tried bioidentical hormone replacement and did not get good results with it I still had weight gain but since I been using the happy PMS I don't get hot flashes it seems to work well with my chemistry. But everybody's chemistry is different so...I highly recommend this product. It safe and natural and has no side effects

When used on a regular basis it stops my hair from falling out. I have found that using a smaller dose, than recommended, several times throughout the day works better than once in the morning and once at night. I highly recommend the product!
