Sggested Usague:
Typically used to boost the immune system, aid circulation, relieve sore muscles and joints, and season edibles.
Practical Application: Internally (1-2 drops in water or tea), massage (2-3 drops in oil on joints or sore muscles).

Cinnamomum verum (Bark).
