Suggested Usage:
Typically used to sooth sore muscles, promote respiratory health, relieve tension, freshen breath and it may be used to clean surfaces and even the air.
Practical Application:
Diffuse (3-4 drops), spray: (mix several drops in water and/or oil and use to disinfect), topically (either directly on skin or 2-3 drops applied with oil or cream).
Main Ingredient:
Eucalyptus globulus (leaf).
Note:
Do not use oils internally, or topically (undiluted), unless directed by a health care professional. Some experience skin sensitivity. Don’t allow the oils to have contact with eyes, inner ears or other sensitive areas. Keep out of reach of children. Before utilizing the oils, it is best to consult your physician if you are pregnant, nursing or already under a doctor’s care.
