Suggested Usage:
Typically used as an immune booster (fantastic antioxidant content). Has great cleansing properties.
Practical Application:
Diffuse (3-4 drops), internally (1 drop in 4 ounces of liquid), massage (with your favorite oil), topically (either directly on skin or 2-3 drops applied with oil).
Main Ingredient:
Origanum vulgare (Flowering tops).
