Directions:
Typically used to help with respiratory function, aid in grounding, improve vitality, and promote healthy skin (topically). Often used as a soothing massage oil.
Practical Application:
Massage (1-2 drops directly to skin or in oil on sore hands, ankles, muscles), diffuse (3-4 drops), spray: (mix several drops in water and/or oil and use to disinfect), topically (either directly on skin or 2-3 drops applied with oil or cream).

Cedrus atlantica (wood).
