Suggested Usage:
Typically used to relieve nervous tension and fatigue, soothe sore muscles and joints, help with digestion, and to season edibles.
Practical Application:
Diffuse (3-4 drops), internally (1 drop in 4 ounces of liquid), massage (with your favorite oil), topically (2-3 drops added to oil).

Rosmarinus officinalis (Blossom and aerial parts).
