Directions:

As a dietary supplement, adults take 1 to 2 capsules daily at mealtime or as directed by your healthcare professional. 

Contains: 

Active: Betaine HCl 300mg, Pepsin (1:10,000) 10mg, Pancreatin (8x) 25mg (Supplying: Lipase 865 USP Units, Amylase 5,000 USP Units, and Protease 5,000 USP Units), Bromelain (2400 GDU/g) 2mg (a proteolytic enzyme from the pineapple plant), Ox Bile Extract 25mg, L-Lysine (HCI) 25mg, Cellulase 1.5mg 

Inactive: Cellulose, Gelatin (capsule), and Vegetable stearate.

This product contains NO yeast, wheat gluten, soy protein, milk/dairy, corn, sodium, sugar, starch, artificial coloring, preservatives or flavoring.

Vitamins are organic compounds and minerals are inorganic. Vitamins and minerals perform different functions for the body. For example, vitamins aid in releasing energy from food, developing red blood cells, blood clotting, and maintaining healthy skin, eyes, and hair. Minerals can help in bone and tooth formation, blood coagulation, muscle contraction and also in keeping acid-alkaline balance in the blood.

Vitamins come from plants and animals, whereas minerals come from soil and water. Vitamins can be differentiated as water-soluble and fat-soluble. Minerals on the other hand can be divided into macro minerals and trace minerals. Water-soluble vitamins have to be taken with water and they are not stored in the body. But fat-soluble vitamins get dissolved in the body's fat cells and get stored. Macro minerals are those minerals that are needed in large amounts by the body. Trace minerals are needed only in small quantities.

While cooking, vitamins are easily destroyed because of heat or chemical agents; minerals are not vulnerable to heat, chemical reactions or sunlight.
