Suggested Usage:

Practical Application:
Massage (1-2 drops directly to skin or in oil on sore hands, ankles, muscles), diffuse (3-4 drops), Internally (1 drop in 4 ounces of liquid), topically (apply directly to fingernails to strengthen, apply to feet).

Boswellia sacra (Resin).
