Suggested Usage:
Typically used to reduce tension, improve cognitive ability, uplift mood, help with irritated skin and muscle tension recovery. It is also a powerful antioxidant, has great digestive benefits and cleansing properties.
Practical Application:
Diffuse (3-4 drops), spray: (mix several drops in water and/or oil and use to disinfect or polish), internally (1 drop in 4 ounces of liquid), massage (with your favorite oil), topically (either directly on skin or 2-3 drops applied with oil).
Main Ingredient:
Citrus limon (whole fruit).
